What are Tailored Lights’ bollard lights made of?

We make our fixtures out of 3/16″ Steel Tubing. Yes, it’s probably heavier than it needs to be, but they’re built to last.

What sizes are available?

Our standard sizes for the Original and Evolve series are 20”, 30”, 42”, and 72”.

For front walkways, the 20” and 30” fixtures work beautifully.

The 42” fixtures make excellent focal points or can be used along driveways, while the 72” fixtures are perfect for larger spaces like patios or pool areas.

Custom heights are also available, up to 15’.

Can I customize the design of my bollard lights?

Yes, we can provide custom design options where you can choose the height, color, and pattern, such as your last name or address number. There is a laser setup fee of $50. Lead time for custom work is 3-6 weeks from the time of approval.

What finishes are available for the bollard lights?

The majority of our fixtures feature a modern rust finish. We also offer powder coating in a variety of finishes to complement your home or business. For saltwater locations, we provide a specialized powder coating option designed for durability in those environments.

Are the bollard lights suitable for all weather conditions?

Not only are they built to withstand ice, rain, wind, hail, heat, and cold, but they also rise above the snow and create stunning light patterns.

What type of lighting is used in the bollards?

Our bollards use Low Voltage LED’s, providing energy savings and perfect color for your landscape.

How do I install the bollard lights?

Installation methods vary depending on fixture size and ground type. For soil installations, smaller fixtures (20” and 30”) come with an 18” stake base. For concrete surfaces, all fixtures include a concrete mounting kit with conduit and anchors.

Note: Certain soil types, such as clay, may require compacting limestone chips or a similar material around the base to prevent movement.

Do you offer installation services?

While we provide local installation for single lights as well as whole landscape lighting systems, our bollard lights are designed for easy installation. We have highly qualified partners around the country that can assist you with placement and installation.

For coastal/salt water locations, some corrosion and/or deterioration is considered “normal wear” in this environment. Therefore, any finish claim due to coastal environment conditions is not applicable to our warranty

No expressed warranty on Rust/Natural Finishes

1 Year LED* and Internal Wiring Warranty
*must be ordered through Tailored Lights to qualify

Tailored Lights’ obligation is expressly limited to repair or replacement, without charge, at Tailored Lights’ chosen location after prior written return authorization has been granted. The customer is responsible for any cost of removing the old product, installing a new product and any other incurred costs including shipping. Tailored Lights’ obligation under this warranty shall not extend beyond the distributor’s initial purchase price of the product and accordingly any consequential damages or labor costs arising out of a defect are expressly excluded.
